🍹 I’m back off holidays!!!! 🍹
I should have done this post towards the end of last week, but let’s just say things have been hectic 🤯
So first to update you on my journey, over my 2 weeks of holiday I came home with a gain of 7.5lbs 🙈.
Although far from ideal it is what it is and I have drawn a line under it!!!
Having said that straight back of holidays and we have had a tough week mentally and physically this week with things cropping up one after the other.
I could have easily gone off the rails here, thrown in the towel (in fact 1 day I have), so this week I would like to share some inspiration of thoughts to you:
1) it’s ok if you have not had a great week, it’s one week and there are 51 other weeks in a year for you to go and smash!!!
2) it’s going to be ok if times are tough at the moment!! Hard times don’t last forever things will get better one day at a time!!
3) it’s normal to have bad weeks and tough times, is anybody’s life plain sailing??
4) if you’ve lost motivation try doing something, maybe 1 thing you e been trying to get round to do, a little walk or something you actually enjoy doing, it will help you find your motivation!!!
5) make sure you attend your group this week to get the help and support YOU need, YOUR time to help you get back on track!!!
Remember, your future self will thank you 😘
