Now after all the Turkey and alcohol begins the come back to fitness!
Beginners, kids and adults class Wednesday is on at 6.30.
Fridays adult class starts at 6pm.
Each session is still £5, please expect some hard physical graft 😊🇹🇭🥊

Hi All
We have had to put the price up to just £5 adults and £4 for kids. The coaches run the club not for profit and all monies made goes towards kit for you to train with.
Classes as usual Wednesday 6.30pm and Friday 6pm.
