I went into sports rehabilitation to help people get back to doing what they love after injury 💪

Along the way I’ve gained my Level 5 Massage qualification and completed an Emergency First Aid & Trauma course at university, giving me a strong foundation in both injury prevention and recovery.

Since graduating, I’ve joined a local football team both as a player and as the squad physio ⚽️ This allows me to put my knowledge into practice every week, supporting players through rehabilitation, match day care, and performance recovery.

Helping people return stronger, fitter, and more confident both physically and mentally is what drives me every day. I’m passionate about supporting individuals at every stage of their recovery journey and helping them reach their full potential again.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to rehab. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals 💪🧠

Warm up to protect your progress.

If you’re starting (or restarting) fitness, treat your
warm up like part of the workout not an optional extra.
Spend 5–10 minutes on light cardio, mobility, and
dynamic stretching to prep your joints and muscles.
This improves movement quality, reduces injury risk,
and helps sore or previously injured areas cope with
new demands.

Remember: progress you can maintain is better than
progress interrupted by injury.
