To help us manage our workload safely and efficiently, we kindly ask all patients to follow our medication ordering process:

🚚 Housebound / Delivery Patients
We are only able to take medication orders over the phone for patients who are housebound or registered for our delivery service.

📱 All Other Patients
Please order your medication using one of the following methods:
• The NHS App
• Your repeat medication slip
📮 Repeat slips can be:
• Posted in our black post box outside the shop
• Dropped into the grey post box inside the shop

⏳ Please ensure all requests are submitted at least 10 working days before your medication is due.
