💊 A message to our patients 💊

We know that waiting for prescriptions can sometimes be frustrating. Please remember that our pharmacy team works hard to process every prescription as quickly and safely as possible.

Unfortunately, we’ve seen an increase in abuse towards staff when prescriptions are not marked as urgent and therefore are not immediately ready. This behaviour is hurtful and unfair.

👉 Prescriptions marked as non-urgent are processed in turn, and while we aim to be efficient, it can take time depending on workload and demand.

Our staff are here to help and care for you — not to be subjected to aggression. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. A little kindness goes a long way. 💙
