Limited spaces still available for tonight’s sound bath at the Wragby Town Hall 7–8pm

After the busy Christmas period, why not take some time out just for you. An hour to relax, unwind, and allow your autonomic nervous system to gently press the rest button before the pace of the new year truly begins.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our final sound bath of the year had to be rescheduled so our new final sound bath of this year will be held THIS MONDAY- the 8th December, 7–8pm, at the Welton and Dunholme Methodist Church.

You’re warmly invited to take time out from your hectic schedule and this time of the year, take this hour for yourself—a quiet space to unwind, help relax your nervous system, and allow the therapeutic qualities of sound to support a sense of rest and restoration. Our last sound bath of the year in Welton will be on Monday 1st December at the Welton and Dunholme Methodist Church, 7–8pm.
Come join us for an hour of time out for you, where you can relax and allow the autonomic nervous system to enter a state of rest, giving your body and mind the space to receive and settle into the therapeutic frequencies of sound. There are just three spaces left for our floating sound bath based in Welton this coming Monday -17th November 7-8pm.

Why not allow your body to rest, relax and float gently around the pool whilst letting your mind, body and soul just be.

Allow the soothing tones of the gong, koshi chimes and singing bowls help you feel rested and restored followed by a refreshment to finish off the evening after on the Aqua Lounge.

The days are shortening and the nights are drawing in. The weather is changing, but we don’t have to accept that feeling cold, low, or tense is inevitable. Why not indulge your mind, body, and soul in a monthly sound bath? Take an hour to rest, relax, and nourish yourself with healing frequencies.
