Enjoy this gorgeous workshop, where you will learn how to safely create your very own essential oil blend tailored to your requirements.

We will be working with PURE essential oils and a sprinkle of dried herbs, adding some crystal chips of your choice.

Your beautiful blend can be used as a body oil on your pulse points for your very own natural perfume.

We will then enjoy learning a little hand reflexology, studying some helpful reflexes for self-help that will support you with your feminine health.

I’m back from a much needed weekend away in the Peaks, fully immersed in nature and feeling all the better for it! 💚

Its a busy week this week in The Luna Room - today I’ve been working on readings that were booked last week, as well as content for my online membership, The Natural Me Sisterhood.

I have lots of lovely clients coming to see me too for reflexology, shamanic womb healing and aromatherapy.
