🌿🍃🪴 FIRST WEEK BACK TO STUDIO 🪴🍃🌿

We began with some very juicy twists and balances:

🌟 Cat Tail Pose ( first photo), stretches your quads, hips and hamstrings and looks beautiful!
🌟 Hand To Toe Pose great for flexibility, hips, calves and hamstrings. Can be very challenging but it is always so helpful to use any props like we did, for example, standing against the wall.

👉 Please do practice at home. Practice makes perfect!

GardenYoga is re establishing yoga practice at:

👉 Parish Centre at Hall Grove in Welwyn Garden City,
👉 Tuesdays, Thursdays evenings, Wednesdays lunchtime and Fridays mornings,
👉 All abilities are welcome.

That’s the way to finish summer season ❗️
Another Yoga Retreat with “Experience” 😉 came to an end.
I had a great pleasure to host this lovely bunch of yogis, who were very ambitious, fearless and such FUN group to teach.
No words can describe how grateful I am to be able to spend time with you here ❤️☀️🤸‍♀️🙏

Reminder of our tonight’s ZOOM practice.
Three options of Half Moon Pose ( see block alignment ). I am using wall here, so I can feel openness in this pose even more and rotation in my spine 👍
Great pose for strengthening muscles and nerves in legs, up to hips and lower back 👌
