Va**ng is a money making business like any other designed to attract young customers.

Whilst the advice maybe appropriate for current smokers buying regulated products it is not suitable for 14-18 year olds seeing brightly coloured products and advertising in the corner shops and local supermarkets, like sweets advertising.
