This Easter weekend, our colleagues in Taunton got everyone into the festive spirit with chocolatey treats on offer for winners of various Easter-themed activities and those who topped the productivity leaderboards. Proud of our team in Taunton for organising some friendly competition!

Every year, we team up with Peterborough City Council for an Easter egg raffle!

All proceeds are donated to the Mayor’s selected charities for the year, which in 2026 are Sue Ryder and the Peterborough Area Down Syndrome Group (PADSG).

Sue Ryder provides expert end-of-life care and bereavement services to ensure that no one faces death or grief alone. Peterborough Area Down's Syndrome Group is a local volunteer-led charity that supports children and adults with Down’s Syndrome, along with their families and carers, through social activities, events and a welcoming community network that helps reduce isolation and build confidence.

Proud of our Peterborough team for making a difference this Easter!

Hats off to our Taunton Contact Centre! 👒 Last Friday, our colleagues joined thousands across the UK for Wear A Hat Day, one of the country’s biggest brain tumour awareness and fundraising events.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer, yet just 1% of the national cancer research budget is dedicated to this disease. Every hat worn, every pound donated makes a difference.

Visit https://orlo.uk/9pbd9 to find out more ways to get involved.

We’re proud to share one of our colleagues, Collette Francis spent two inspiring days at Peterborough Regional College, delivering engaging talks to Health and Social Care, T-Level Adult Nursing, and Mental Health students. Collette offered an inside look at what really happens behind the scenes at NHS 111 - from understanding the types of calls we receive to discovering the skills and training that help our Health Advisors deliver safe, compassionate support every day.

Through insightful discussions on active listening, safeguarding, and recognising critical symptoms, plus a fun pop quiz to round things off, the sessions left students feeling informed, inspired, and ready to take their next steps in healthcare. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with future professionals and inspire the next generation. We’re proud to play a part in shaping tomorrow’s workforce!

It's Nutrition & Hydration Week!

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on the vital role that good nutrition and effective hydration play in our overall health and wellbeing.

Proper nutrition fuels our bodies, supports our immune systems, and helps us feel our best every day. Pairing it with adequate hydration keeps our organs functioning optimally, enhances our energy levels, and improves mental clarity.

Let’s make a commitment to nourish our bodies with wholesome foods and to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Remember, small changes can lead to big impacts!
