Lots of grief and sadness and old wounds are surfacing as we approach the Full Moon in Aries.

Call in Archangel Raphael the healing Angel to help support you on feeling your emotions and looking at your old patterns of behaviour, old beliefs and old wounds. Wounds of loss from those who have passed over and loss of those that we had contracts with that have come to an end for whatever reason and we have parted ways.

You may find old grief surfacing that you thought you had healed the part that was too painful to look at in the moment of loss is now showing itself to you to heal. Let the tears flow, open your heart to love and forgiveness for self and others. Know you are never alone and are held tightly by the angels for you to heal these wounds and heartache.

Know that those you have lost across the veil are carried with you in your heart ❤️ forever and are around you daily guiding you in every moment. You are so loved by so many.

2 of 2, 5th April: For those just getting into Light Work (working with Angels & Love) here's a ritual to do with mighty Melchisadec (but maybe start by reading my paperback book - still available - Melchisadec, Sacred Seven & the Violet Ray, see Profile pic?!):

RITUAL: Using Macrocosm and Violet to cleanse Mind, Body, Spirit.
Violet is the "spiritual antiseptic", the ray of transmutation, which turns negativity (within or without) to white Light of perfect peace.
• This ritual uses the six-pointed star (Macrocosm - The All - Oneness). This is the symbol of the third eye chakra and also represents air and fire (upward pointing triangle), and earth and water (downward pointing triangle). There is also a seventh point, the amethyst crystal in the centre; Melchisadec & Spirit
• Visualise yourself sitting (or standing) inside a six-pointed star.
• Invoke Melchisadec, ruler of Violet and Sacred Seven, to help you take seven cleansing violet breaths - one for each star point and chakra.
• With each in-breath say the words "Melchisadec let the Violet Ray cleanse me of negative energy, in Love and Light, Love and Light, Love and Light.
• Will the violet energy to cleanse each chakra of your body in turn.
• As you breathe out say "Let Love and the Violet Ray be of me", sending violet light to your aura and to the universe in the cause of peace.

The world has looked on in horror at events in Eastern Europe and we feel, from White Eagle, the great need to work spiritually at this time.

The instruction we feel from him is to say, by way of attunement,

‘We hold the whole situation in Ukraine within the cross of light encircled by light with the blazing Star at its heart. The cross within the circle protects the people of Ukraine and gathers them into the heart of the Star. The blazing Star is also held aloft as the symbol of brotherhood between east and west.

Let love dissolve fear. Let the Light shine.’

Please focus on this spiritual work at 12 noon each day and at any of the other ‘magical’ hours of 3, 6, 9 and 12 that you are able. You may like to include the refugees from the situation when you gather the people of Ukraine into the Star.

THE TRAIN: At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel by our side. As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of your life. However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone. Others will step down over time and leave a permanent vacuum. Some, however, will go so unnoticed that we don't realize they vacated their seats. This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers requiring that we give the best of ourselves.
The mystery to everyone is: We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down. So, we must live in the best way, love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are. It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life.

The aim of the Women in the Outdoors Programme is to support women in developing their leadership skills and confidence in the outdoors and to provide support for women to have greater access to outdoor physical activity in a fun and supportive way!
