⚠️ Cold Weather Health Alert – Please Take Extra Care ❄️

The UK Health Security Agency has issued an Amber Cold Health Alert for the East of England, including Welwyn Hatfield, in place until 10am on Friday 9 January.

Cold weather can increase health risks, especially for older people and those with long-term health conditions. Please take a moment to check in on friends, family, and neighbours who may be more vulnerable.

• Keep homes warm
• Ensure regular hot meals and drinks
• Check medications are taken as prescribed
• Look out for signs of illness or discomfort

We started New Year’s Day by welcoming a new care package at Good Care at Home 🤍
