✨What a week! ✨

Last week was a whirlwind, but in the best way. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting two senior schools to offer end-of-term treatments for hardworking teachers. These are always some of my favourite days, such a privilege to give back to those who give so much 💛

The rest of the week was a beautiful mix of treatments, including:

Today is the perfect reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves—even if just for a few minutes. I’ve recorded a short guided meditation just for you, to offer a moment of calm in the midst of busy life!

Meditation is a beautiful way to reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, and bring more clarity and presence into our day. It doesn’t need to be long or complicated—just a few quiet moments can make a big difference.
