Hopefully most patients have now seen that our practice is changing to a Digital Triage appointment booking system from Monday 17 June 2024. If not, it is fully explained in the link below. We see this as a positive change, while recognizing that some patients will need help with the new process.
Practice staff will be available at the surgeries and on the phone to help anyone finding this difficult. In addition, PatientVoices are offering remote assistance to anyone who may wish to ask for help from a fellow patient to make their digital appointment requests. If you would like to do this, please email us on peartree.pv@gmail.com
Our response will not be instant, but we will try to help as soon as we can.
