What's in your cup today? Take a break. Reflect on one thing you feel good about, inhale, smile and take it in with full awareness of this thought and celebrate it.Exhale with deliberate force. Now bring something to mind that challenged you, decide if you want to keep it or let it go..is it a piece for learning or just observation? Notice how it feels, and repeat the first step..take a deep breath, smile and breathe it out like a big sigh. Practise this several times a day and you will be amazed at how different you will feel about your day.
