Peace begins with practicing the pause…

I’ve loved spending this week on my Meditation Teacher Training course by the beautiful and so very kind Nshorna 🤍

And today after my volunteering at .herts I welcomed a special moment to practice walking meditation, around the gorgeous Labryinth that Fabrizia has tucked away on her magical grounds…

This was one of my absolute favourite practices taught and the return to awareness and inner enquiry it brings is just so comforting. Especially when practiced with nature holding you 💚

So grateful to Nshorna for encouraging me to push out of my comfort zone and step into my power 🙏🏻✨ Always so thankful for my time spent with the very precious Fabrizia and volunteering at her enchanted gardens at Michaels Folly 🌿👩🏼‍🌾

And I just couldn’t think of a more idilic place to continue deepen my meditation practice 🤩✨🙏🏻

The beat of your own drum….

There’s literally nothing quite like it and I can’t tell you how delighted I am to finally have my own drum baby ✨🥁✨

The weekends Reiki Drum Practitioner course with the beautiful was just incredible, I never imagined feeling such a instant, deep and emotional connection to my drum. It literally speaks and communicates with you in a way that feels so familiar and special. Which makes perfect sense as to why this is considered the oldest instrument known 💜

This takes Reiki to another level and the experience shared through practice with the wonderful women on the course too was totally amazing 😌💯

I cant wait for mine and my Mag’s (short for Magic…came to me in my drum connection meditation 😆) journey together and to share her Magic in treatments and sound baths…

I love her and I just know she’s got so much love to give too ✨🦚✨

♡︎ Just for today, I will not be angry…

Reiki Healing is rooted in five main principles. They act as affirmations or intentions and can be used to bring us back to our centre and the present moment ♡︎

One of these principles is :

‘Just for today, I will not be angry’. Besides our own personal experiences of living, the world right now can certainly present an immense amount of suffering. A flood of constant chaos and fear. Avalanches of pain and hardship. If like me you are particularly sensitive or empathetic this can measure heavily on your heart. The weight of the world and all it’s sadness can at times bubble over into incomprehensible outrage.

The presence of anger serves its purpose as protection. A shield to our heart centre where our true essence lives…Love ♡︎ Anger is our fight response desperately wanting to keep us safe.

This principle is a welcome reminder that although anger is our primitive protection, sometimes our toughest shield is built in surrendering. Remaining mindfully aware. But not allowing ourselves to become consumed and overflowing with fury for that which we have no control over. Pouring a portion of acceptance into the things, people and situations we can’t change in our outer world and redirecting our fire energy into that which we can change. Our INNER world ♡︎

Taking those moments to switch off that outside noise. And tuning into our internal compass that will always guide us back to Love ♡︎ Sending all that Love back out into the universe with intention, assisting in balancing those scales of light and dark. Recognising and appreciating those true sources of goodness in this life. Taking time to stop. Anchoring into the present. Breathing. And smelling the Roses ♥︎

It’s been a while ♡︎♥︎♡︎

And I’m excited to be welcoming clients back into The Luna Holistics Haven as of next week ☽☺︎︎

I’ve been spending a lot of time in this space, focusing on my own spiritual practices and self healing since recovering from my knee surgery earlier this year. This timing wasn’t so much planned but has arisen following last weekends Autumn Equinox and todays Super Full Harvest Moon ✵

The Full Moon being a time where by energies have gathered extensively and reached their natural stride of letting go and releasing. The Autumn Equinox a time of expressing great gratitude for the harvest and abundance in our lives. Honouring of natures and our own growth cycles ♥︎

Both serving a rhythm of big shifts for our inner and outer worlds, which I feel very much in the flow of when preparing my practice space for next weeks sessions ☯︎︎♡︎

I’ve lovingly given Luna Holistics a little revamp and it’s fresh energy feels like a glistening bubble of tranquility and comfort. I’m so looking forward to opening this space up again to hold beautiful healing sessions ❀☽♡︎
