Care Herts Ltd. are looking for compassionate and dedicated carers to join our vibrant team of community care practitioners.
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in English medium. Overseas applicants are required to submit proof of IELTS/UKVI score.
Care Herts Ltd. is a domiciliary care company which has been proudly serving the community in Welwyn and Hatfield for over 11 years. We are currently looking for Care Assistants who can work full-time or part-time in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas, to expand our team and increase our capacity to continue to deliver excellent care to all our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Providing care and support to elderly clients in their own homes
• Assisting clients with their medication, including administering it to them
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Incontinence care
• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Interacting with clients and providing companionship
• Enablement support – helping clients to be as independent as possible
• Immediate availability to start
Requirements:
• NVQ level 02 or 03 -UK qualification with acceptable awarding body together with Care Certificate or acceptable equivalent level 1 qualification
• Full access to own car and full UK driving license
• Previous experience working in domiciliary care
• Right to work in the UK or willing to migrate
