I find this to be so true myself and I know speaking to my freinds and my beautiful ladies on a Thursday that they also sometimes "keep the moon company".....this quote actrully seems to help me....rather than thinking about it being 3am and I'm wide awake (again), thinking much more softly about it being a calmer time and that sometimes it happens and its ok......well helps with the peace of mind and calmness of the body. So thought I would share xx Have a wonderful weekend and sleep well xx

Everything and everyone is affected by energy….from above, from below and all around…..May you feel the positive and leave the negative…..and sometimes that may indeed mean walking in a different direction on another path…..this too is ok!

Tonight will be the “Full Snow Moon” it also marks the date of Imbolc, looking forward to the change towards spring.
Even if it doesn’t feel so close with all the grey and rain!!!! Yet the bulbs are starting to push upwards towards the light slowly.

Just a note to say as of February 2026 there will be a small change in the price per person, per session for my Sound Baths. Sadly after 3 years I can no longer keep the price the same (overheads have changed somewhat!).
