Still this is so true, not every day is a sprint and not every day is a hibernation, but every day is a new one…..it’s ok to do your best and call it “the day”….for tomorrow is a new start if we are lucky enough 🙏

So very true! We can all fail at this one thing, we would never say the things we think about ourselves to someone else…..why? As we know it to be unkind and hurtful….so why do we tell ourselves things that are such……hard pattern to break but keep in mind it’s one we should be!
