The 1st of May a special day for many reasons with many memories of childhood dancing around the May Pole with beautiful ribbons and flowers in my hair.
Flower arches and happy innocence of childhood (a long time ago now!).
I will be taking a moment today in the beautiful sunshine to take myself back to that time re ground and re group. Life throws so much our way but May Day/Beltane is a reminder of hope, new beginnings and burning bright….may your day bring you back to your own “bloom” x

As I try (and no doubt you do too) to juggle so many things all of the time, I need to remind myself that it’s not always a race towards the finish line but a pace forwards that matters….not always so easy for someone like me who likes to get everything done and dusted as soon as I can…..but forwards is forwards in every way x

I find this to be so true myself and I know speaking to my freinds and my beautiful ladies on a Thursday that they also sometimes "keep the moon company".....this quote actrully seems to help me....rather than thinking about it being 3am and I'm wide awake (again), thinking much more softly about it being a calmer time and that sometimes it happens and its ok......well helps with the peace of mind and calmness of the body. So thought I would share xx Have a wonderful weekend and sleep well xx

Everything and everyone is affected by energy….from above, from below and all around…..May you feel the positive and leave the negative…..and sometimes that may indeed mean walking in a different direction on another path…..this too is ok!
