It’s International Womens day today 😊 this is to all the fabulous women out there that truly inspire me to be better 😊

So many women quietly get on with doing incredible things and never get recognised so I am recognising you today, for being you. To all the women that have gone through trouble times in their lives, I recognise you too 😊for all women whether you are a business owner or a mum doing an incredible job of bringing up their children let’s celebrate us all!

It has been a while since I have posted 😊

Last year I took on another business that has been so much busier than I thought and I have not had time to post regularly on my page 😊

It was something completely new and out of my comfort zone,
I had to step up learn skills very quickly, make a lot of mistakes and correct them to make it work.
I have been on such a journey that with such limited time I have only had time for a limited amount of clients, but I am now more in the flow and everything will become easier.

Change can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable, but if you push through the fear, you realise it is never as scary as you imagined!

Embrace change this year, do something scary, crazy, exciting and amazing! It will empower you and take you to a place that you never could have imagined😊

Believing in yourself and your ability will propel you to the next level whatever that means for you 😊

if you try something new and it is not for you, you will have the confidence to turn round and move in a new direction again to do something you will love❤️

I have recently updated and learnt some new skills that will integrate with my health and wellness business.

I will now be offering sound baths and meditation. Watch out for more news coming soon, I am so excited to use it with my business 😊

I can’t wait to hear what you get up to on 2026!

Classical music before bed…

Did you know studies have shown that listening to classical music lowers body temperature and heart rate and It calms your breathing.

So for a restful night’s sleep and to end your day on a blissful high,
put some classical music on in the background as you get ready for bed.

You do not have to be able to it or have any knowledge of the music at all, just go with the emotion it evokes in you.

Let the music take you to a calmer, more joyfully uplifted place.
If classical isn’t your thing, white noise or rain sounds can also provide a calming aural backdrop.

Is it the sunshine, walking , cycling or sitting reading a book?

Taking time to be in the moment whatever you are doing is a great way to boost your mental well-being.

Some great ways to boost your well-being-

💚Listen to bird song.

💚Take a walk out in the woods.

💚 Walk along a beach being by the sea makes you feel amazing.

💚Sit in a park surrounded by nature and observe everything around you.

💚Talk to a friend keep the connection going.

💚Meet up for a cup of tea in person try new places and find one that you love.

💚Listen to a podcast or an audio book.

💚Practice meditation.

💚Sit and read a book.

💚Go out cycling.

💚Take time out to practice yoga.

💚Take a train journey to the countryside.

💚Watch a comedy show, laughter is amazing for your soul.

💚Play some upbeat music and dance around and move your body.
