Music therapy has been bringing so much joy to our home 🎶💛

We have been enjoying relaxing and uplifting sessions, listening to their favourite songs, singing along, and even joining in with gentle movement. It’s wonderful to see how music can lift spirits and create such a warm, positive atmosphere. 😃🎵😃🎶

For many, familiar tunes bring back special memories and spark meaningful conversations, while also helping to reduce anxiety and promote a sense of calm and happiness 😊 🎶

We had lots of fun with our colourful parachute activity 🌈

We all gathered together to lift, shake, and wave the bright parachute, creating beautiful ripples of colour. There was plenty of laughter as everyone worked as a team to keep the movement going—and a few surprises along the way as we added balls for an extra challenge! 🌈

It was a fantastic way to encourage gentle exercise, coordination, and teamwork, all while having lots of fun together 💛💜💙❤️🧡💚

Our residents have been getting creative with some lovely Easter bunny painting this week 🐰🎨

Everyone enjoyed bringing their bunnies to life with bright colours, unique designs, and plenty of imagination. No two were the same, and each one was full of personality!

It was a relaxing and joyful session, filled with smiles, laughter, and a great sense of achievement. Activities like this are a wonderful way to celebrate Easter while encouraging creativity and self-expression 🌸💛

We brought out a little friendly competition with a game of indoor golf ⛳️
Residents took turns lining up their shots, aiming carefully and cheering each other on. There were plenty of laughs, a few “almost hole-in-ones,” and lots of encouragement from the sidelines! ⛳️🏌‍♂️🏌‍♀️⛳️
