Dance Fit - 6pm - 45 mins.
A fun dance fitness class with options to suit any fitness level or ability. Basically, a party vibe with a hidden workout 🎉
£5 PAYG (or book Feb for £15).

Thursday:
Modern line dance - 7.30pm - 60 minutes.
Line dancing with a modern spin.
