Our trips to the Hollywood Bowl are always a highlight. It’s a great social exercise for our ladies and gents and brings back nice memories of bowling nights when the were younger.

We enjoyed a sensory morning smelling different scents as well as hand massages. One of our ladies, Barbara, used to be a Physiotherapist and she did a massage for Reka. She explained and demonstrated about the effleurage, which is a massage technique involving long, gliding strokes in flat hands or fingers to initiate relaxation.
