Good morning, always makes you happy when the sun is shining 🌞if your having a cuppa and thinking to yourself I must make some changes to my life for what ever reason, I believe it’s never to late. I have a member 92 years old and comes to group and I asked her ‘WHY?’ and she said to look after myself so I can live longer and still be independent 💖we have no barriers to joining Slimming World only belief 😊

So proud of each and everyone of my groups making this happen for me🙏

Today I was with other consultants in Cambridgeshire at the Holiday Inn Huntingdon and at Company and local level, I got presented with these awards, certificates for all my groups for various achievements. The one I’m proud of most is My members losing 1lb or more per week . So if you are looking to lose weight please give any of my groups ago! Group support from members and support from myself in and out of group if needed, also excellent Slimming World App and loads of supportive materials including your own Food Optimising book.

Out for an early morning walk, in training for Slimming World Easter champion 😊 delivering leaflets to as many people as possible. Giving them the information to find us. Also; I care about the wider community and want them to experience positive experiences while trying to be the best version of themselves ❤️
