Here are some delicious meals my members have cooked this week, as you can see we can eat various meals and still lose weight. These slimmers have lost 2X6 1/2 stone, 1X5 stone, 1x4 stone and 1 of the members 11lbs in their first week 🥳🥳all these members stay to group weekly, help support other members and always there to help with food ideas in what we call image therapy 💖
