🔶 Active Families Step into Wellness Summer 🔶

🔸 Grateful to be part of an incredible day of wellness!

Last week, we had the pleasure of being involved in the Active Families: Step Into Wellness event at the Grand Hotel in Seaburn. We were proud to host the sauna experience as part of the day’s activities—alongside yoga, sound baths, inspiring talks, and so much more.

Massive thank you to Kelly and the amazing team for including us. Everything was beautifully organised, and the sunshine made it even more perfect!

We’re already counting down to the next event in November... and trust us, you’ll want to watch this space for what’s to come.

🔶Herd Sands + H3O Beach Saunas🔶

We are excited to announce a collaboration with our good friends Herd Sands, we have teamed up with Paul who will be taking his outdoor evening session on Friday 25th - Summer Beach Session + H3O beach sauna + Social gathering (beers- wine- cheese)

The session is live on the Spond app for our Enduro classes. (YOU NEED TO PRE BOOK) - people who don’t will spend the entirety in the sin bin 🙄🤟

It's festival season, and we're announcing our line-up for the first-ever Tidal Trails beach festival! 🎪🏖

What's on offer:
🏃 8K, 2K and 2K kids trail runs
🎾 Beach sports, including volleyball and pickleball
🧖‍♀️ and sound bath
🎸 Live music, featuring , Steel Pan Band and
🍟 Food vendors including , and .and.co

All festival tickets include entry to a trail race, access to the festival site, and a food voucher for the vendors. 8K run-only entries and non-run festival tickets are also available 🎟
