Sandwell Gym will now be selling bulk supplements for both gym members and the general public 🔥

We have a range of protein powders, pre workouts & creatine currently available and we will start to introduce more products very soon 👌

We can get hold of most supplement products on the market so if theres anything particular you need that we dont have on the shelf give us a message and we should be able to sort it for you 🤝

PLATE LOADED GLUTE THRUST MACHINE ‼️

Sandwell gym will always try to upgrade the facilities with new kit or cosmetics whenever possible and we will continue to do so with the support of our members and community.

The Glute Thrust machine, otherwise known as a glute driver will target your glutes and strengthen the hips with precision.

Great for an additional exercise to your lower body workout and an alternative to using a barbell or smith machine ✅
