Our first challenge of the series kicked off at the start of March and you lot came READY!

Sandwell gym members stepped up having a go, pushing for that one more rep, arms shaking, pals eggin from the sideline & a few members realised quite quick that 45 seconds feels VERY long in the world of push ups! 🤣

But that’s exactly what this challenge series is about....

Building a community
Getting involved.
Testing yourself.
Having a laugh.
& seeing what you’re capable of 👊🏾...

Plus everyone loves a prize for the winner who will be revealed next! 🎁

DEAD HANG CHALLENGE
Starting TONIGHT!

Jump up, grab the bar, lift your feet off the floor and hang on for as long as you can.
That’s it.
No swinging.
No sneaky pull ups.
Just you & your grip strength against the bar

We’ll time you and put the hangs up on the leaderboard in the gym… and yes, there’ll be a couple of prizes up for grabs too!! 👀

But these challenges are more about testing yourself.
You might surprise yourself.
You might drop quicker than you thought.
Or stay up a little longer!

Either way it’s a bit of fun and a good way to see what you got
So get yourself in the gym and give it a go. 👊🏾
