IT'S BACK!

Sold out for three years in a row, my New Year Day Retreat at the RSPB Sandwell Valley will take place on 3 January 2026. In this beautiful day we practice movement and breathwork, and dive deeper into the philosophy of Yoga. It's the perfect time to reset and renew, whilst setting intentions for the year ahead.

Morning and afternoon sessions can be booked separately: £70 for the full day, £40 per half day.

I've had a few requests for a weekly timetable recently! This is our current schedule, we're always adding new things and we're always open to ideas and requests for new types of sessions.

We also deliver private sessions in care homes, in workplaces, to community groups, charities and for children. If you know of a workplace or a group that would benefit from Yoga please do recommend us!

I'm so proud to share that Body Mind Collective CIC has been chosen as a Finalist for the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025.

This time two years ago I was working part-time in a shop, with a dream to make Yoga more accessible to people in Sandwell. There's still a long way to go but I'm so proud of how far we've come! Regardless of what happens on the night, being able to do what I love and bring this community together feels like a win.

It’s been a wonderful Summer 💛🌞

I’ve met some beautiful new people and reconnected with returners from last year’s Summer session. Highlights have been , my Yoga session under Luke Jerram’s , and of course our Sound Baths at where we had absolutely perfect weather every single week 👌

But everything moves and to help the transition into Autumn I’ll be hosting a Late Summer Yin and Sound Bath with at Wednesbury Museum and Art Gallery on Sunday 14 September. We still have a few spaces left, if you’d like to come along book on www.bodymindcollective.cc!

NEW VENUE NEW TIME!!

Our Yoga Foundations will now take place in the Theatre at West Bromwich Community Centre. This is a brilliant venue with loads of parking, and a lovely warm room to practice in.

And following some feedback, from next week we are shifting to the slightly later time of 6.15pm to give those of you that come straight from work an additional 15mins to make it.

The content is exactly the same, suitable for complete beginners with options given for more advanced students. This month we are running a 'bring a friend for free' offer so if you and/or a friend would like to give it a go for the first time it's the perfect opportunity!

September is National Friendship Month! And so to celebrate, we're inviting you to bring a friend for free to one of our sessions throughout September (you can choose to gift it to them or split it 50/50!)

Your friend must be brand new to our sessions, or not attended one of our sessions in the past 12 months. Just book into your selected session online and we'll take the details of your friend at the door (also available as a drop-in). After the success of last year's Yin & Sound workshop, Bryony Morris Yoga and
Melissa Monks Yoga & Holistic Nutrition Coaching will be collaborating once more!

We're so excited to be bringing our Late Summer Yin & Sound Workshop to you from Wednesbury Museum and Art Gallery on Sunday 14th September. In this 2.5hr session Mel will lead you through a slow Yin practice which involves long-held floor based poses, encouraging you to slow down and let go. As you move through the poses Bryony will play a variety of instruments to complement and support your
practice.

Had another lovely free community yoga session today in Dartmouth Park, West Bromwich. There’s something really special about practicing together outdoors 🌳☀️ We’ll be there the next few Thursdays 12.30-1.30pm, we meet at Dartmouth Park Free Car Park just off Lloyd St. I bring some mats with me so please feel free to turn up and join us!

Last week I delivered a morning Yoga session under Luke Jerram’s Helios at The Charterhouse in Coventry ☀️ This evening the wind 💨 had other plans for our sound bath so we moved under the trees and embraced the weather and the nature around us! Helios is only around for a few more days so if you can, get down to see it - it’s worth it!
