Same time, same wonderful class… in an exciting new space! ✨

From Wednesday 4 March, our Wednesday Mindful Yoga Flow (formerly Gentle Yoga) will be moving to a new home at The Woods Methodist Church in Wednesbury.

We’ll be enjoying a lovely, spacious and warm room, with plenty of space to spread out, plus a private car park right on site.

TWO!! New amazing Body Mind Collective CIC courses starting at Yew Tree & Tame Bridge Community Centre next week.

We have Step Together - A Beginner's Line Dance Course, starting next Wednesday 4th March, and Gentle Foundations - A Chair-Supported Yoga Course, starting next Thursday 5 March.

Both courses are £18 for 4 weeks, or £5 drop-in (also included in our monthly memberships). They are trial courses in a new centre, so please share far and wide to help make them a success for us. More info on the images!

From next Monday, our brilliant PJ will be leading a brand new Absolute Beginner's Line Dancing session in the upstairs room at Wednesbury Library from 10.30-11.30am.

You will learn easy-to-follow steps and simple routines, whilst making friends and having lots of fun! Hats and boots welcome but not necessary 🤠 👢

£5pp or £25 for six weeks. This class is included in our monthly memberships.

It’s back! Our Restorative Yoga & Sound Sessions take place on the first Sunday of the month now at the earlier time of 5pm.

Rest deeply in poses whilst supported by bolsters, blankets and bricks, and be soothed by the healing sounds of singing bowls, drums, gongs and chimes. This is different to a sound bath in that you have the option to have the instruments placed on/close to your body whilst in the poses.

Next session Sunday 1st Feb at 5-6.15pm, at Charlemont Methodist Church, West Bromwich. £12pp drop in and included in our unlimited monthly memberships.
