We are planning to set up future SDCA Youth Services for children & young people (ages 8–11 and 11–17) who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deafblind (including those with grommets, hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other hearing devices).

📎 We’ve created a short survey for parents/carers to share their thoughts.
✅ Your feedback will help us shape the service.
🤝 Please share this with other parents/carers who may be interested — the more voices we hear, the better we can make these services!

Your support will help us reach more families and make sure children and young people benefit from the right opportunities. 💜
