Tomorrow graces us with the Full Moon in Capricorn.

This Full Moon gives us the opportunity to reset the areas that we feel need to be. But also to honour how far we come and revel in our achievements.

The Capricorn energy is a very grounding and powerful release energy. Reflecting on the year so far and where we need to make changes in order to take our lives forward.

Sacred Space CIC are hosting a guided sound scape meditation in honour of this time. A grounding and connecting meditation. Join us on either:

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who is supporting me through my mum's passing.

I also wish to apologise for the disruption in Sacred Space CIC's offerings during this period. I listened to my needs and took some time out, and I appreciate everyone's understanding. 🙏

When I started Sacred Space CIC, my pure intention was to help people through difficult times. To provide a safe and comforting space for people to reset their nervous system and increase their ability to manage stress during emotionally difficult times. Somewhere to feel supported and part of a community.

I feel so humbled and grateful that I am now the one being supported and feeling very much part of that community.

Next Wednesday sees the New Moon in Cancer.

Cancer is the most nurturing sign of the zodiac. So the energy changes from social, communicative, airy Gemini to homely, nurturing, emotionally intuitive, watery Cancer.

We may feel called to reflect on relationships, with others as well as ourselves. Feeling emotionally safe will be important at this time and our bodies will be reminding us of what safety feels like.

Jupiter energy is also prominent at the moment, bringing expansiveness to any emotional routines. So what we birth with this new moon has the ability to grow and expand beyond what we can imagine. Making this new moon a very good manifesting moon ✨️

In honour of this nourishing energy, we will be holding a guided soundscape that will help to connect us to our heart centre and the guidance of the divine.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius will be upon us on Wednesday, 11th June, and in celebration of this, we shall be holding a guided meditation with sound on Friday 6th June and Wednesday 11th June.

The lovely will be holding a silent meditation on Sunday evening.

This full moon is in the fire sign of Sagittarius. A sign that loves adventure and learning. But, with Jupiter moving into Cancer beforehand, we have an energy of expansion and growth, so the full moon energy invites us to broaden and stretch our comfort zone.

It challenges us to create something bigger than what we have now and connect to our higher purpose.

The lovely is hosting the Mindful Basket Weaving Workshop this Thursday evening at 7pm.

Come along for some meditative learning and creative construction with weaving pine needles. The evening is relaxed and fun, and you do not need experience to join in.

The New Moon in Gemini will be with us on Tuesday 27th May.

This new moon has the duality of the mind and the soul. Bringing the energy of new ideas, curiosity, and conscious communication into realisation. Connecting the physical to the divine.

Our meditation with sound will encourage the connection to the divine and the materialistion of the thoughts and ideas into the physical.

Monday 12th May (UK) brings us Full Moon in Scorpio.

The full moon in Scorpio is usually the most intense of the astrogical year, and this one is no exception. The energies of late have been pointing us in the direction of transforming our ways to become more concurrent with our values, and the Scorpionic energy of May's full moon will expedite this transformation-aiding us to overcome our current limitations and any resistance to change that may be lurking.

We may even be offered unforeseen turning points.

This is not the time to be afraid, but to embrace the change. As change is needed in order for us to create space for a more liberated and sincere way of being.

Our guided meditation with soundscape will help release any restrictions or blocks we have subconsciously put in place and help us flow into a new way of being.
