A decision has been made! I am aiming to retire in February 2025. This means that I will be relinquishing my licenses and will no longer be insured to see clients or hold group or individual sessions.

It's going to be a huge personal change so I'm putting it out there with the expectation that my workload will decrease gradually and I can acclimatise slowly! As many of my previous clients don't follow me on any social media but recommend me around their circles, I would be really grateful if you could pass this on if you know anyone, or if you have been referred yourself. I would hate to disappoint after February!

Don't forget....flying phobia is very common and can begin at any time and any age. Many airports run courses to build confidence - and I can help too!

There seems to be a general mood towards wanting to shed the 'covid concerns'. Anxiety. FOMO, fear of crowds, fear of public transport. Summer is the ideal time to start tackling these fears. We're outside more for socialising, concerts, BBQ s. Let's become confident now whilst we have our time in the sun and carry it forward into the future.

For many, life has become a lot more complicated. Shopping is more expensive. We're at war in all but name. Life is generally becoming more difficult. But talking helps. Sharing fear and anxiety helps. Maybe just having a reiki session helps........

At the moment I'm seeing teenagers, children, adults and people nearing the end of their lives. I don't pretend to have all the answers but through talk and hypnotherapy we can find your answers to the worries that concern you. Now, more than ever, it's time to find a settled path.

Having recently contracted covid, I have decided to take a break from the studio until 25th April. This will enable me to both recover properly and have some time away. Emails and enquiries will still be responded to but I won't be monitoring my inbox daily.

The 'new rules' mean that no masks are required in the therapy room although I will still be wearing one for Reiki and Colour Therapy. I can provide you with one if you'd like one, but there is no obligation.......
The therapy room will still be well-ventilated so wrap up warmly - Your chair is next to the radiator, however, and blankets are available!

Whilst the majority of my time will still be given over to hypnotherapy, I do have slots available for Colour Therapy and/ or Reiki. As I am still completing my training in Colour Therapy, sessions are still £20 for 45 mins but the price will increase in the summer...........

At the moment, I'm running the studio in the 'new normal' manner - no masks required but socially - distanced and ( very) well ventilated! Do not worry - I keep a supply of fresh blankets, beautifully laundered in my fancy new washing machine which has a ' hygiene +' setting involving hot air as well as washing! The things we therapists have had to do......!😉

Masks for both of us for reiki and colour therapy are required - but don't worry - I've sourced some that are super-comfy as well as effective.

Business as usual starting on Tuesday 4th.. .
