Your breath is powerful. When you take slow, steady breaths, your brain gets the message that all is well and activates the parasympathetic, or relaxation response.

Whether itโ€™s 10 minutes or longer a day you will feel the benefits quite quickly and you will begin to notice progression โค๏ธ
