Today is often labelled “Blue Monday”, a day said to be the hardest of the year.

For people who are grieving, the reality is that grief doesn’t belong to one date. It can feel heavy on any day.

If you are bereaved, please remember:

💙 There is no timeline for grief
💙 How you feel today is valid

Some days it takes all your strength just to get through the hours. And that’s enough.
You don’t have to “fix” how you’re feeling, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
