FIRST AID READY! 🎉

I’ve just completed my 3 yearly First Aid and CPR refresher, and so the whole team at Vertex Osteopathy is now fully updated. It feels good to refresh these skills and know we’re prepared if an emergency ever happens in or around the clinic.

Keeping our patients safe has always been a priority for us, and staying current with our training is one simple way we make sure of that.💪

I have had 3 patients book in since the 5th with neck pain following fireworks displays! 🎆

All that looking up at fireworks might have been breathtaking at the time, but their neck muscles may not have enjoyed it quite as much. 😅

If you’ve noticed soreness, tightness or headaches since bonfire night, it could be down to the simple posture of holding your head back for too long in the cold. The good news? It’s completely fixable.

And I can now reveal the reason for that is because we have welcomed a new member to our family! 👶💙

Now unfortunately we do not currently treat babies at Vertex Osteopathy however we can help with the stage before... Pregnancy!
