Acne Scar Filler

This client is currently undergoing treatment for her breakouts but wanted quick results to help with the pitted acne scaring on her cheeks and temple. She didn’t want the downtime that comes with Microneedling or chemical peels.

We added filler to the area using a cannula for fibre separation and layering of product, with some superficial injections we have managed to fill scars, raise the holes and hydrate and support the skin.

Rosacea is a long-term skin condition that mainly affects the face. It’s more common in women and people with lighter skin, but symptoms can be worse in men.

As rosacea gets worse, the skin on your cheeks, nose and forehead may be red all the time.

Rosacea may cause tiny broken blood vessels to appear on your skin that do not go away.

You may get small pink or red bumps on your face, sometimes filled with a yellowish liquid, if you have rosacea.

What an amazing transformation 😍

During the ageing process the fat pads in our upper face gradually diminish, decrease in elasticity, volume loss and bone remodelling. These changes result in visible signs like wrinkles, sagging skin, and a potential shift in facial features.

What did we treat?

Wr treated the marionette lines and the pre-Jowl sulcus with dermal filler for a more fresh lower face that defines gravity.

Marionette lines - these are long vertical wrinkles that traverse from the corners of the lip to the chin.

Pre-jowl sulcus the indentation that occurs between where the cheek meets the chin along the jawline as jowls start to form.
(These can also be a natural feature of the face, not due to ageing)
