Just a little reminder (especially to my fellow procrastinators):

I received an NHS invite for cervical screening this morning. I stopped by the surgery on my commute to book it, expecting to be put on a long waitlist.

Surprise – I’m booked in for next week!

It’s easy to delay something that feels a bit uncomfortable or inconvenient… but it really is important. A few awkward minutes could quite literally save your life.

Also spotted this while I was there:
In June alone, 357 appointments were missed – that’s 56 hours of wasted clinical time!
So if you can’t make it, please cancel and free up the slot for someone else 💗

“I don’t have time for healthy habits.”
It’s something I hear a lot. And I get it.
But sometimes all it takes is one simple shift to change how your whole day feels.

This client didn’t overhaul their routine — they just spent five minutes prepping breakfast the night before.
The ripple effect?
✅ More energy
✅ Less snacking
✅ A calmer, more confident start to the day

It’s not about being perfect.

This week I noticed…
When I skip those small health deposits — like my early nights or my morning routine — that’s when I feel it.
More tired. More reactive (aka grumpy 😂). Less anchored.

The funny thing is, when I do those things, I feel good — but it’s subtle.
When I don’t, I REALLY notice.

Those small daily habits?
They’re not just ‘nice to haves’ — they’re what keep me energised, happy, and showing up as my best self.
