Hello Everyone, wanted to share my latest rescue which is so rewarding. I am feeding these little beauties every hour as well as doing my holisitc therapies. If anyone has any old towels or fleecey blankets, these little ones would appreciate them. Thank you.

Hi Everyone, my therapy room has undergone redecoration and reorganization these past few days. A few minor bits to finish but it’s now ready to open its door to you once more. Looking forward to welcoming those I know and anyone new who’s ready to experience some self care.

I was at the Holistic Wellness Fayre today doing Reflexology taster sessions. For anyone loving holistic facials, I know a fabulous lady called Laura Harris who uses Tropic skincare products to give the most nurturing and truly amazing facials. She has the skills and the knowledge and would highly recommend her, having experienced one recently.

Hello Everyone, Letting you know that this lovely Fayre wlll be on THIS SUNDAY 12TH APRIL. I will be there giving Reflexology taster sessions. I would love to meet you and if you have never experienced Reflexology, this is a great way to try it. There will be loads of stalls and talks which should be really interesting. If you would like a taster, please bring cash as I don't have a card machine!
