With some of our regular customers moving into other classes next course we have some availability in our Aqua Walk classes on Wednesday and Friday at West Grinstead pool. Aqua Walk is a great place to start your pre-hab, post-op recovery, getting back into exercise or if just want to meet some friendly people in a welcoming environment.

Sad to see this lady leave us, but such wonderful news that life is returning to normal after 8 years of pain and immobility - two knee replacements later .......

" I just wanted to pass on the feedback I got from both my consultant and physio when I went for my 3 week post-op follow up appointment last week.

Both were very impressed with my progress at the 3 wk stage and the physio said my walking was 'wonderful' and if he hadn't known what procedure I'd had he would never have guessed it had been major surgery! I was managing a 90 degree knee bend under my own steam last week and have been working to increase that since 🙂

All I can say is THANK YOU Michelle for preparing me so well for my op and I can't wait to be back in the pool as soon as my wound is properly healed. I'm persisting with my physio exercises at home (many of them echo work we do in the pool) and I'm back to see the physio this Friday and hope he can see more progress.
