I love all seasons equally! I do!

But there is something beautiful about warm summer months, chilling in nature, not needing much but a few snacks and the great outdoors.

I cannot wait for cabin season!

I LOVE horror movies.
Like… truly, deeply, unapologetically love them 🖤

A few years ago, I probably wouldn’t have admitted that publicly.
It didn’t feel like it “fit” the therapist image. Or the calm, grounded, positive messaging people expect.

But the truth is:
You don’t choose your therapist just for what they do. You choose them for who they are.

This year I’m done editing myself to be palatable.

I can hold softness and intensity.
Rest and ambition.
Healing and edge.

So yes! In 2026 I’ll be resting deeply, letting life feel gentle where it needs to…and chasing my goals with the same energy as a horror movie villain who’s locked in and not letting go.

Posted this on TikTok a while back and it feels like an appropriate message, especially in the world of today.

It seems so simple but it can be one of the hardest things to do...'be yourself' authentically and unapologetically you! I've had people try to maniplulate me to get what they want, make me feel bad for boundaries, call me selfish because I was no longer pandering to them.

In a world that rewards conformity and people pleasing, be yourself 💕

Hey y'all! I post stuff like this more on TikTok, but you know what?! I'm tired of splitting myself between platforms for what might be more palatable.

I predict in the next 10 years or so we will so a huge shift in the way corporate organisations operate.

No longer are people willing to be exploited by a company, so they can achieve huge profits...
We're no longer willing to hold off our dreams, to work a soul sucking job...
We want more from life than a thankless job, as a faceless number in a huge organisation that doesn't even really know you exists...

The curtain has dropped and we all see who the real Wizard of Oz is...

Beliefs sit in two camps.
They either help you or they hinder you. That’s it.

Some of your beliefs are guiding you, supporting you, and have helped you get to where you are today. They’re expansive — they remind you that you can deal with challenges and that you already have the resources you need.

Then there are those sneaky beliefs — the ones running in the background that you don’t even notice. These are the beliefs that keep you stuck, small, frustrated, or fearful.

💡 Here’s an easy way to figure out which is which:
Take a belief you’ve held for a long time and ask yourself:

Is this belief helping me or hindering me?

Is it serving me or limiting me?

Is it helping me grow or keeping me small?

✨ Example of an expansive belief:
“I can deal with anything that comes my way.”
This tells you that you’re capable and resourceful.

🚫 Example of a limiting belief:
“I need to feel super confident before I try something new.”
This one stops you before you’ve even started.

The key? Check your beliefs. Swap the ones that keep you small for the ones that expand your life.
