Harptree and Cameley Surgeries has a new website and a new appointments system! Check out the new website where you can request urgent and routine doctor appointments, request repeat medications, request paperwork like fit notes and letters, and register as a new patient.
Routine appointment requests will be actioned by a self-booking link being sent to you, so you can choose an appointment time that works for you, with your own doctor. Non-routine or urgent requests, including home visit requests, are quickly triaged by a duty doctor, and a phone call, text message, self booking link for a face to face appointment, prescription or home visit may be the result of that request.
Depending on the medical issue, sometimes the booking link will be for a ‘7 day appointment’ instead of same day. If you want, you can always call the reception team as usual and they will be delighted to help you navigate this new system and reach the right clinical result for you.
