You will learn some simple, practical techniques to move out of what may have become a painful, hopeless situation. You will also learn how to understand and work through the messages of your feelings to relieve the impacts of stress, both mentally and physically. When anxiety & stress are present, your brain believes you are in danger so therefore the subconscious mind can make adjustments in your body to reduce chances of conceiving. We will work with conscious thoughts and also the subconscious to enable the mind and body to work together in the best possible way to achieve inner balance using guided relaxation. Each session builds on the next so it feels like small steps in the right direction along the way.
