A foreshore is defined by Google as "the part of a shore between high- and low-water marks" so I thought that would a good analogy to use to create this business. After-all, don't you want to get to place where you are confident enough to be topless or in a bikini on the beach? The 4 in 4Shaw is my attempt to break down the fitness world. I understand that the exercise world is scary, daunting and perhaps even intimidating. The Strength Path. The Size Path, The Speed Path and the Stance Path. By doing this we get to isolate the massive world of fitness and only use what will specifically get YOU to your targets. Before you continue reading I'd like you to ask one question of yourself: When you look in the mirror, are you COMPLETELY happy with the physical condition of the person you see? When you answer that question truthfully and honestly you can decide your next move. You can call me or send me a message to decide a way to move forward or I'd like to thank you for reading this far and I wish you a good day. Today is Valine day. Have a read and then work out whether or not you feel that this is necessary.
