Last chance to book in for the full block priced at £26 (£6.50 per class). After 3pm today only drop-in will be available at £8.50 per class.

I have a 4 week yoga block starting in the Barony on Wednesday 25th August. Its available to attend in-person or online through Zoom. In-person class is limited to a maximum of 15 people. Everyone who books either in-person or online will have access to a recording of the class to practice at home. If you would like to book a space then click the link below:

I have a new timetable and subscription up for online zoom classes, click the link to book classes or a subscription. I may have to cancel the subscription if I don't get the numbers to run it so if you want that service book up soon. If I don't run the subscription there will be two drop-in classes each week on Tuesday at 7.30 and Friday at 4pm. I may put on two half hour 7.30am classes if they are booked up in advance.

Had a little feedback that 7.30pm might be better for some people for the online evening class than 7pm. I'm happy to change the time if it works better for most. Votes please 🙋‍♀️

Here is a timetable with classes that I will be running as of Monday.

7pm classes are moving to 7.30pm.

You can sign up for the free yoga class on the booking page.

If you want to book the unlimited subscription then please wait until Sunday or Monday so you are not paying for extra days as the classes wont start until Monday 30th March.

*One subscription per household is absolutely fine with me. I just may not be able to see you all on my screen if there's more than two joining in 😁🙏
**It's also fine to have kids running around in the background or encourage them to join in if they want to (they might get a bit bored and wander off but they are very welcome). I can mute you on my end of the meetings so no worries about noise levels disturbing others.
