DO YOU WANT TO REDUCE STRESS & ANXIETY AND INCREASE WELLBEING?
If you are stressed and anxious, or have difficulty coping with problems and/or changing situations, this course might be the one for you.
Aidan Paisley (who some of you might have met in Nourish over the last 18 months) has an extensive background in training and personal development. Having been a ‘worrier’ in the past himself, his favourite thing is teaching people how they can be happier and more at ease with themselves.
For 6 weeks, from Wednesday 6th September, 7pm – 9pm, a wide range of techniques and approaches will be explored.
You will learn how to:
ground and centre yourself
quieten your mind
do simple breathing exercises
relax and revitalise
feel good at will
