Good morning everyone,

Well the clocks spring forward an hour tonight and you know what that means, lots more time for cycling and paddle boarding after work. Get in there!! 🥳🥳

I received some very encouraging news yesterday regarding an MRI scan I had done last week. My ACL is not ruptured which means my knee injuries have got the potential to make a full recovery with no surgery. To say I am delighted is an understatement! 😁

So, I shall be back at work from within Helen Armstrongs Salon in West Kilbride from Wednesday 1st April and have availability at the moment Weds, Thurs and Friday.

Good evening,

Due to sustaining knee injuries from a skiing accident last week (caused by a third party)...🙈,I am not able to work from my clinic within Helen Armstrongs Salon for the next few weeks.

I shall keep you posted when I will be able to offer physio appointments.
