Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a good weekend 🤗😍
I've just been for a cycle along to Ardrossan and used the new path around the periphery of what will be the new, Ardrossan Academy and it takes you right down to the harbour without having to go on the road. All good 🚲😎👍

Evening everyone,

September already!
It will be 25 years this thursday, (4th) since I started working as a physio at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, in the year 2000.
Time flies when you're having fun! 🤣😂

There has been some renovations going on at Helen Armstrongs Salon in West Kilbride in recent weeks and I am very lucky to have a lovely new room there 🤗
