Maitrisattva blew in for a visit on Tuesday. Gave an uplifting talk on Ethics. James led us in a wonderful meditation.

This week we look at the final section of the threefold path, meditation. James will give the talk and we will have 2 meditation sessions. Of course we will have a tea break too. So come along to our last session before we take a two week break.

We will return on the 14th April from our break to explore the 8 fold path. Join us as we look at all the spokes in the dharma wheel. All are welcome.
