Coping with Bereavement is difficult. Sometimes it is good to talk and have support.
The Bereavement Support Group is beginning on Monday 27th October at 1.30pm.
This group consists of a six week programme looking at bereavement support and exploring various aspects of loss. The support group also allows people who have been bereaved to meet others who are journeying through grief for mutual support together.
There is no cost - and no expectation to share or talk unless you are comfortable doing so. You will be made most welcome.
