d a wide range of Health subjects during his career and has attained a Natural science degree BSc. His chosen careers have been dedicated to the progress of health, education and life fulfillment. A career in health started from his time as a Clinical Perfusionist in Alder Hey children’s hospital. Andrew became increasingly drawn to understanding ways of preventing ill health so he decided to develop himself both personally and educationally from the holistic point of view. The skills Andrew learnt have helped him develop a holistic approach to health and well-being. Andrew is a practitioner of mindfulness and mindsight meditation; he uses these tools as a way to understand his inner self. These techniques enable Andrew to communicate with confidence and clarity. Andrew is a person who is able to motivate and inspire people to achieve their goals. Why do we squat !

The question should be is why don’t we squad now . The laziness of modern life and our obsession with unhealthy couches and toilets .

If done correctly squatting helps free up the diaphragm which then allows us to breath more effectively.

When the diaphragm (muscle below the lungs) moves more effectively the internal organs recieve a nice little massage , this has many health benefits , one is that it helps stimulate bowel movements . Our toilets are actually a terrible design , become a squatter 🤣😃👍

There is a long list of health benefits for squatting from improving hip function , digestion , breathing issues etc
