Classes are back on as normal this week! Why not join us at our Monday evening class? All welcome!
Taking some time out from day to day stresses and responsibilities is so important for our mental and physical wellbeing - some time just for ourselves.
Yoga helps us find a sense of peace and calmness in our lives whilst also strengthening and stretching our body so that we can keep our bodies moving in the best way possible.
