Well done all walkers on ! I was delighted to be able to help out as part of Rotary at the Hoylake section, we heard some truly inspirational tales as around 2500 walkers took part, raising money for their favourite charities.

I attended my first "drumming" session yesterday with some of my lovely reiki friends. Thank you Forestry of Sound for a very relaxing, yet energising afternoon and to Jan Creating Balance for hosting us in her lovely reiki shack! Yesterday I completed my first abseil down Leasowe Lighthouse in support of Cruse, who I volunteer with. Next Saturday morning I will be on a static bike outside West Kirby Concourse with West Kirby Rotary Club club raising awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer. If abseiling is not for you - pop along to this event and help us do more miles around our virtual route of all the cancer hospitals in the North West (approx. 170km).
Anyone would think I was superfit - I am most definitely not, just keen to support some causes that are important to us and every little really does help.

We would like to invite anyone that is feeling a little bit isolated or just in need of company to join us for a FREE afternoon tea at Oxton cricket Club on Tuesday 1st July.
The event is being held in a stunning marquee overlooking the grounds and the Welsh Hills, you will be treated to a delicious selection of freshly baked cakes and hand made sandwiches and of course plenty of tea!

There will be entertainment and some fun surprises for you all.
All we ask is that you come along and have a good time, the day is being funded by Omaze.

"Angela provides the most wonderful treatments, I always walk out with a ‘glow’ and feel relaxed, and I definitely have the best nights sleep when I have had a treatment with her.
Her treatment room is calm and tranquil and Angela’s energy is just so calm and serene that i doubt it would be possible not to relax with her.
I have had both massage with reiki which always leaves me comfortable and relaxed but have recently also had reflexology twice now. I was a little sceptical about how reflexology would work, however it is one of the most relaxing therapies I have had to help my anxiety. I thought that I would be ticklish having my feet rubbed, but no it was sheer bliss, I didn’t think I would be able to relax but found Angela waking me up at the end of the treatment and for 24 hours my tinnitus was hardly a problem and I slept like a baby.
All in all I would 100% recommend Angela."
