Introducing June Smillie – Women’s Health & Mental Wellbeing Advocate 🌿
After 37 years working in mental health nursing, I’m excited to formally introduce my women-focused wellbeing sessions across West Lothian.
I deliver supportive, practical and honest wellbeing sessions for women within workplace settings.
These sessions create space to explore:
• Menopause and life-stage changes
• Anxiety and emotional wellbeing
• Chronic health conditions
• Burnout and stress
• Navigating work while managing health
My aim is simple:
To provide safe, grounded and evidence-informed spaces where women feel heard, understood and supported.
This is not therapy.
It is structured wellbeing education, reflection and conversation — delivered with warmth and professional experience.
