Hi my name is Kat - Welcome to Mind Open Therapy!
I’ve always been fascinated by the workings of the human mind and, like most people, I have experienced my own mental health challenges. That’s why I’m committed to learning as much as I can about mental health and wellbeing so I can help others.
I dedicate my time to studying and practicing psychology and hypnotherapy, and exploring the range of therapies that can support personal growth and wellbeing. I have completed numerous courses and workshops on overcoming challenges in physical and mental health, with particular focus on anxiety, self-esteem, depression, weight-loss and the connection between body and mind.
