Where has the time gone! I cannot believe it has been three weeks since my last post. As much as I aim to post daily, it’s not always possible. So, as I clock off for my nephew's wedding this Easter weekend, and before I'm back to work in Cardiff on Easter Monday, it felt like the best time to pause and reflect.

This has been my strongest Q1 since I started trading and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has booked with me and trusted me with your staff compliance training.

Q2 is shaping up to be just as busy. April is fully booked, I only have a couple of dates remaining in May and June dates going in now.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve delivered 8 Fire Safety Awareness sessions, including practical fire extinguisher training, to 118 engineers.

There’s something incredibly powerful about combining knowledge with hands-on experience. Understanding fire risks, extinguisher types, and emergency procedures is essential — but actually handling the equipment builds real confidence and removes hesitation.

It’s been great to see engineers fully engaged, asking practical questions relevant to their working environments, and leaving with the competence to respond appropriately in those critical first moments.

Fire safety isn’t just a policy — it’s people feeling prepared.

This National Apprenticeship Week, it’s a great time to reflect on how we support, train and protect the next generation of the workforce.

The last two weeks have been incredibly busy and rewarding! I had great intentions of daily posts in 2026… guess that went out the window along with all the other New Year’s resolutions 😂

In just two weeks, I’ve delivered:
7 Emergency First Aid courses
1 Asbestos Awareness course
2 Manual Handling courses
1 Working at Height course
1 Abrasive Wheels course

Alongside this, I’ve been busy with exciting consultancy work—supporting in-house programmes for several partners and tackling various ad hoc tasks.

I love sharing my knowledge, making training relevant and practical, and seeing the impact it has on attendees. It’s been a hectic couple of weeks, but so worth it! Super chuffed to be fully booked for February and March, and now accepting April bookings.

✨ 2025 by the numbers: 1,290 people trained! ✨

This year I’ve delivered courses across First Aid, Mental Health, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety — including abrasive wheels, working at height, and asbestos — across hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare and fitness.

I’ve delivered accredited qualifications, tailored courses, and worked as a consultant, supporting businesses with bespoke solutions to meet their specific needs.

I’m also thrilled to have received 326 Google reviews with a 5.0 rating — thank you to everyone who took the time to leave feedback!

Excited for what’s ahead and already planning some great things for 2026!

What a week it’s been — I’ll be honest, I won’t be sad to see the back of this one.

But today’s early Sunday drive to made it all worthwhile. I was met by the friendliest, most polite group, and their teamwork was on full display. Everyone got stuck in, supported each other, and created such a positive atmosphere. Moments like that really do make being away from home easier.

I’m now back on the road and settled in ready for tomorrow’s course. All that’s left for tonight is a beer, Strictly, and the I’m a Celeb final. 😂

A great day had by all I'd say!!

I won't lie, it was a shocker of a journey home but when you get to read the feedback forms and look back through the pictures, it makes it all worth it.
